Located on the 16 acre NXP Semiconductors site, the Millbrook Technology Campus was officially opened in June 2007 by Sir Digby Jones.

Millbrook Technology Campus has been created through a partnership between Southampton City Council, NXP, and Southampton University. Partners include Solent Synergy, Southampton Investment Framework and SetSquared.

Southampton Partnership
SEEDA The South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) has “devolved” responsibility for spending nearly £5m of its funding over four years, to the Southampton Partnership. The priorities for the funding are guided by the Area Investment Framework (AIF), which is designed to encourage a strategic approach to public investment and help meet the economic development targets of the Community Strategy.
